FAQ
-
Do you accept commissions or custom work?
Yes, I do accept commissions — as long as they align with the style and themes of my existing work.
If you’re interested in a custom piece, feel free to reach out with your ideas, and I’ll let you know if it’s a good fit creatively. I'm happy to explore custom sizes, color palettes, and concepts that stay true to the aesthetic of my current collections. -
How long will it take to ship my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow 2–10 weeks for delivery, especially for international orders.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork is on its way. If you have a specific timeline in mind, feel free to reach out before purchasing and I’ll do my best to accommodate. -
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Because each piece is carefully created and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged or if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me right away so I can make it right.
I want every collector to feel confident and excited about their purchase — don’t hesitate to reach out with questions before placing your order. -
Does your art come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes — all original artwork comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Verifying the piece’s title, size, date, medium, artists signature and a wax stamp of my companies initials. It’s my way of confirming that you own an original, one-of-a-kind piece.

Are frames included?
Frames are not included by default, as many collectors prefer to choose their own framing style.
However, custom framing is available upon request for an additional cost. If you’d like your piece framed before shipping, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to provide options and a quote based on your preferences. -
Is your artwork ready to hang?
Yes — all canvases come with heavy-duty hangers or D-rings with wire (depending on the weight of the canvas) on every side.
This flexible setup lets you hang the work in the orientation that feels best for your space. If you prefer a certain setup please let me know at the time of purchase. -

How do I take care of my painting?
To keep your artwork in excellent condition:
Avoid direct sunlight, as UV exposure can affect colors over time. *Each painting is varnished with UV protector*
Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth or microfiber duster — no sprays or cleaners.
Keep away from areas with high humidity or direct heat (e.g., bathrooms or above radiators).
Handle edges with care to prevent dents or scuffs on the canvas.

How are your paintings packaged?
Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Shipping in the United States -I wrap the artwork in acid-free paper or glassine to protect the surface, followed by bubble wrap and corner protectors for cushioning. The piece is then secured between foam boards on both sides for added stability, and placed in a sturdy shipping box marked with fragile stickers.
International Shipping - Artwork will be shipped 1 of 2 ways:
1. Canvas sent in TUBE. Canvas will be taken off frame, rolled up with protectors and sent in a tube. This is the cheapest option, but you will have to get it stretched back to frame size at your location, at YOUR expense.
2. Canvas sent in WOOD CRATE. This is much more expensive due to the nature of the weight of shipping, but a very secured option for having your painting arrive in 1 piece.
